Make a Purchase

Feel free to browse through the products and send us email if you have questions about specifications, payment or shipping. When you want to purchase a product, simply click to put it into your shopping cart. After you finish your selection, click Checkout and fill in the required information.  Usually, we dispatch the order within 1 business day after payment is confirmed (no more than 2 business unless the item is out of stock in the whole Shenzhen city).

Customer Service Standard and Feedback

All sales are final. Please read through the descriptions to gain a thorough understanding of the item specifications, compatibility, price and shipping terms before placing an order. If you are uncertain about any terms, feel free to email us.

We believe that the buyer understands what he or she is ordering and how to operate the gadget with the assistance of user manual. We will provide customer support through web cam if it is necessary.

Our office hour is 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, Beijing Time, except major holidays. We usually reply customer email within 1 business day.

Pay with Credit Card

When you are directed to Paypal web site to checkout, you don't need a Paypal account to pay.  Please view the pictures below for the appropriate procedures.

Click "continue checkout" and you will be directed to the next page to fill out your information.  You can then use your credit card to pay safely and securely.

Currency

We accept payments in US Dollar and Euro. 

Delivery

All orders are usually sent to logistic company for processing within 1 business day upon successful payment confirmation. You should be able to receive your item within 4 -15 business days (depending on the shipping method you choose), excluding Saturday and Sunday.

Your satisfaction is paramount.  We work diligently to ensure that your orders are delivered safely and on time. Therefore only the authorized receiver will be permitted to accept the delivery.

We make utmost effort to deliver within the benchmark time.  However, if delay is caused by unforeseeable factors, such as natural disasters or customs issues imposed by your government, we will not be liable for any loss or delay for factors beyond our control.


Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, you will be emailed with the option to cancel your order.  Should you choose to wait for inventory replenishment, we will also inform you of the estimated arrival time.

Return of Product

Good sold are not returnable unless it is defective or damaged upon arrival.  So please check your items immediately upon delivery and inform us within 2 days if you find any defective or missing items.

Missing Item

You are required to report missing item in your package within 48 hours after you receive the package.

Replacement and Refund Policy

You may request for a replacement or a refund if you receive damaged goods, or if you do not receive goods that you've ordered within 50 days.  If you receive defective or damaged products, we will either replace it with a new shipment or refund you.

Warranty

Electronic devices at ChinaOnlineShop24 carry a 12 month warranty unless specified otherwise. As for accessories, such as batteries and headset, they carry a 3 month warranty.

Our warranty covers only those defects which arise as a result of normal use of the product, and do not apply to any:

1. Improper or inadequate maintenance.

2. Misusage and mishandling.

3. Fire, flood and other will-of-god.

4. Damaged by a wrong voltage use.  

5. Physical damage (for example, dropping the device on the floor or into water, and etc)

6. Unauthorized modification or alteration.

All items returned for repair should be packaged properly and sent with a safe shipping method. And  you need to bear the shipping back and forth.


Tax and Duty

Tax and import duty is not included.  Please check your government policy on import law before placing an order.  We are not liable to any customs hold up or import tax at the receiving country.

Declared Value

DHL/Fedex/UPS/TNT will only cover the declared value stated on the invoice if the package is damaged by the time it reaches the destination. (We would not be held responsible for the extra above the declared value if buyer requests us to change the declared value for whatever reasons)

Rejection of an order can be due to one of the following reasons:  

1.      The product you ordered is out of stock

2.      We are unable to confirm your payment

3.      The identification of a pricing or product description error

4.      We identity substantial risks of shipping loss, customs hold up or shipping delay at the destination

5.      We will refund all payment if we reject an order
